The result documents gross living area (GLA), the breakdown of levels, and any below-grade basement area, which is reported separately from above-grade living area following standard residential measurement practice. Open areas such as stairwells and two-story foyers are handled consistently with accepted guidance. The deliverable is a measurement summary and sketch, not a valuation.
